Money order
The payment is made in advance via bank transfer. You can find the account information for your payment in the confirmation email sent to you after placing your order. For EU standard transfers within the European union, please use the IBAN and SWIFT-BIC.
The process of bank transfers normally takes 1-3 working days (bank transfer from German bank account) or 2-5 working days (bank transfer from outside Germany). As soon as we receive your complete prepayment, we will ship your order.

Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) - only for customers in Germany only
The payment is done by cash on delivery (cash payment to the deliverer). The C.O.D. fees are 6,50 € and have to be paid in addition to the shipping charges. There will be no further C.O.D. fees upon delivery.
After placing your order, you will get a confirmation email. Your order will be proceeded and shipped immediately.

DIRECT-ebanking/Sofortbanking
Directebanking/sofortbanking is a direct payment method, which allows you to directly and automatically trigger a credit transfer during your online purchase with your online banking information. The payment system and data protection are TÜV approved. A transfer order is instantly confirmed allowing us to proceed and ship your order immediately.
Your order is confirmed after you have made the payment and you will get a confirmation email.
The fees when using this method of payment are 0.8% of your order amount and 0.25 € for each transaction.
Sofortbanking works for a majority of banks in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Italy. HERE you can check if your bank is supported.

Paypal
The payment is done via PayPal. At the end of the order process, the customer is directed to the PayPal login page and the amount of the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time of order, if you approve of it. In case of cancellation of orders, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Your order is confirmed after you have made the payment and you will get a confirmation email. After confirmation of your PayPal payment (takes several minutes to 5 days caused by delay in release by PayPal), your order will be proceeded and shipped immediately.
The fees when using the PayPal payment method are 1.7% of your order amount and 0.35 € for each transaction.

Credit card
The payment is done by credit card via Moneybookers. At the end of the order process, the customer is directed to the Moneybookers webpage and a credit card payment for the amount of the order can be enabled with your credit card information (SSL-secured connection). Your order is confirmed after you have made the payment, your credit card will be charged and you will get a confirmation email.
After confirmation of your credit card payment by Moneybookers (normally within several minutes), your order will be proceeded and shipped immediately.
The fees when using this payment method are 2.4% of your order amount and 0.24 € for each transaction.

Information for governmental agencies/universitites or customers from abroad
Governmental agencies, schools and universities can order via invoice (with a 30 day payment term). Please order via email or use the comments field during the order process in the webshop to indicate that the purchaser is a governmental agency. Please note that shipping free of charge is not possible when ordering via invoice.
If you are living outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, USA), you can order VAT free. Please note that creating an account in the webshop is mandatory so that all prices will be displayed correctly in the webshop and during the order process.
